agnolia is well known as a quiet, flourishing community nestled away from the hustle and bustle of hectic city living. Surrounded by water on three sides, it is home to the beautiful Elliott Bay Marina, and the 534 acre Discovery Park full of hiking trails, bike paths, beach access, the Indian Culture Center, and some of the most beautiful sound views in the city.

Several bike trails run by Magnolia and go to Myrtle Edwards Waterfront Park, Downtown Seattle, and Elliott Bay Marina. just east of the Lyons Gate Apartments is the newly completed Interbay 9-hole golf course, driving range, and miniature golf center. And of course, Downtown Seattle is just a short drive, bus or bike ride away.
